Each member will receive personalised training, but you will also benefit from the motivation that comes with working as part of a group.
PT Box personal training is delivered in small groups. This means that our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience, without leaving you to embark on your fitness journey on your own.
We have found that Small Group Personal Training is ideal for those with low and high confidence levels alike, providing each member of the team with the chance to flourish.
